come?" 另外, 當別人問你一個問題, 而你不想回答時可以說 "How
come?" 相當於"Why do you ask that?" 也就是說 "It's none of
your business! "
雖然 how come 跟 why 的用法上差不多, 但二者的'問法不同.
例如, "Why is our oven broken?" 換成 how come 的話, 要說成, "How come our oven is broken?" 注意一下, 這二句的 be 動詞位置是不一樣的.
