Hello!

I got a great deal in this conversation. In answering your questions about the gap between planned goals and actual goals in career planning, I realized that standards need to be quantified and detailed. 1.重申你的經驗、能力和取得的成績

5.積極主動

不管是感謝郵件,還是手寫的感謝信,收尾部分必要顯示你積極主動的態度。不要寫得含含糊糊,而要直截了當,畢竟這不是一篇隨筆或者散文,而是一封為了搞定工作的感謝信。埃尼洛建議說:“永遠包含一個行動。”例如,你的應聘公司仍然在需找其他的應聘者,你可以說:“I understand that you’re interviewing other applicants, but I will becertain to follow up in two weeks because I’m particularly interested in thisopportunity(我非常理解您還在面試其他的應聘者,但是我肯定會繼續跟進兩週,因為我對這個幾乎特別感興趣)。

無論你申請的是什麼職位,或者你選擇在感謝信裡包含什麼內容,一定要保持文字的簡潔和禮貌。

感謝信和跟進郵件什麼時候發?

1.面試當天或者第2天早上

面試結束後,立馬做一個面試小結:順利的環節或者不順利的環節、你的優勢及面試官的相關點評等。這些內容可以幫助你起草一份有實質內容的感謝信。根據上述5點,寫好感謝信,確保感謝信裡沒有任何類似拼寫錯誤這類的低階錯誤,然後在當天或者第2天早上傳送出去。

如果招聘經理提供了一份時間表,上面會明確標明下一輪面試的時間。到達那個時間點,你可以再發送一封跟進郵件(不要讓人覺得你很煩)。如果你沒有這份時間表,如果你仍然沒有得到任何回應,在面試後的第10-14天內傳送第2封跟進郵件。
